Flight officer Rashid Minhas sacrificed his life for Pakistan. At the age of 20 when he was on training in Pakistan Air Force, that was just beginning of his career, it was beginning of his new life in PAF.

If you think, you will notice that when he died he was as young as we are today. He too had dreams of spending life with his family, he too enjoyed playing with friend, just like us he too had dream of marrying a beautiful girl, he too want to serve his parents, he too had dreams of enjoying every aspect of life just like us. But…he prefered to die for Pakistan, he preferred to take step and die with dignity rather than spending life in slavery, he caused to raise flag of his country in world rather than letting our enemy to attack on our sovereignty.

I would like to salute Flight Officer Rashid Minhas, Pakistan Air Force who trained him so well and his family.

Pakistan Zindabad (Long Live Pakistan)

The company was founded in January 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports by Bill Bowerman and Philip Knight, and officially became Nike, Inc. in 1978. The company takes its name from Nike (Greek Νίκη pronounced [níːkɛː]), the Greek goddess of victory. Nike has 30,000 Employees around the world with more than 19 Billion US Dollar Yearly Revenue (PKR 16,34,00,00,00,000).

Nike is US Based worlds leading sports products manufacturer. No doubt Nike shares and size of company but lets discuss about values and ethics which this World’s Leading Company possess.

Muslims believe that there is only 1 God (ALLAH). ALLAH is the world Muslims used to address God. Like Christians call “Christ”, Hindu call “Bhagwan”.

A Big Name comes with more responsibility. What Nike has nothing to do with RESPONSIBILITY.  Nike is writing “ALLAH” on their shoes and disrespecting not only all Muslims of the world but also disrespecting the ALLAH. Writing name of GOD on shoes is this is the FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION???????????????????  Let me write just your name on my shoes (I m saying Just your Name not your God name) What will be your feelings then????

Where are the social values now?????   Where is United Nation Now???? Where is the US Government NOW???? Where are the claims of US of respecting each and everyones values???? Where is the European Union Now????? What they are doing to BAN or protest against Nike?????

What Obama doing against Nike???? US claims to protect rights of it’s citizens. And in todays news i heard Obama’s claim that Muslims living in US are part of US” What is now Obama doing to protect the rights of US Citizens (For some time leave rest of the world)

Give me single example when Muslims done this kind of shameful activity against Christianity or Christians?????  Give me a single Example…No…There is Not even a single example. Because we Muslims we love humanity, we Love Peace.

And US and other NEWS channels still claim that Muslims are SPREADING Hatred in the world. Who is spreading Hatred NOW????? Muslims or US (NIKE)????

This shameful act of Nike will spread Hatred in Total 1,571,198,000  Muslims + other  religions people who has a True Heart.

This is as OPEN Request to US Government and United Nation to take account of this Illegal act of Nike and let us know that you people have a heart and mind and they are still Humans.

If you people will not do something then WE MUSLIMS will fight for our RIGHT.

8 Interpretations of Silence when using Instant Messaging Posted on January 16, 2011 by thecouchmanager| 64 Comments I use Instant Messaging (IM) a lot in my job to manage my team and connect with friends. I love it because I have the unparalleled advantage of multi-tasking different conversations with so many people at once. Of course, it does have a few drawbacks, but overall, I still think it’s a valuable tool in the arsenal of online communication.

However, there is one pet peeve that most individuals share when using online chat: Silence

I’m not referring to the natural pauses that occur during a normal back & forth online conversation, but rather to the (sometimes intentional) disappearing act that people choose to do after reading an IM message.

Here’s a typical online chat session:

Person A: Hey!

Person B: Hey, what’s up?

Person A: Nothing much, things are going great so far

Person A: Quick question. Regarding the budget report and status update we discussed last week, I wanted to follow up on where we stand with that. Do you have something you’d like to share before our meeting this afternoon? I don’t feel I have all the info I need before discussing them with the client.

Person B: *Silence* (for quite a while)

Person A: Still there??

Person B: *More Silence*

Here are 8 interpretations that go on inside Person A’s mind:

So basically, Person A starts making assumptions and acting upon those assumptions, and that almost always leads to miscommunication issues.

Here are 3 lessons learned for Person B to save everyone time and frustration:

1. If you’ve read the message, for the love of God, type out what you’re thinking. Even if you’re hesitant to answer, a simple “Let me think about it,” or “I’ll get back to you” would be much more appreciated compared to the agonizing feeling of wondering whether you read the message or not.

2. If you haven’t read the message, then type a quick “brb” before stepping out or set your status to automatically update to “Busy” or “Away.”

3. If you got disconnected while in the middle of a chat conversation, a courteous follow up with a call or email to let Person A know you might have missed a message would help a lot. Surprisingly, with all the technology we have to date, a lot of those IM clients don’t always update your online/ offline status in real time, so one can’t always tell if you dropped off before you got the last message.

So Try to Do This Except ***Silence***

Pakistan Cyber Army has shown the grace with one sided cease fire. In return they hope that their Indian counterparts will act the same way, said an email sent to ProPakistani. However, PCA warned the Indians that Pakistan Cyber Army has all the capabilities to retaliate and hack-back their websites at even higher scale. PCA said it hacked CBI’s website just to respond to Indian hackers, who had hacked 36 Government websites. Following is except from PCA’s statement:

WHO We Are

Pakistan Cyber Army (Real PCA is a Reality) would like to say thank you for all of the people across the globe and specially from Pakistan who are behind our team.

We would like to clarify that Pakistan cyber army do not have any forum, website, face book page or orkut community.  We are the team who are born for the retaliation purpose only we do not have any hatred or offensive thinking against anyone person, group or country.

Pakistan Cyber Army only defaced websites when the situations becomes out of control and Indians kids try to defame Pakistan’s cyber security.

What We did

We defaced Oil & Natural Gas Corporation India in November 2008, Indian railway and other websites just to answer the attack on Pakistani websites.

Pakistan Cyber Army is not involved in any defacement after that. The website of “Vijay Mallya” was hacked by some kids and tries to pose that they are the real one. In our earlier statement on media we clarify that we are not associated with any websites forums or page.

What we always do

We are always watching and having eye on the things happening around Pakistan cyber security. Mean while a bunch of kids from India form a group who were inspired what we did and our name and they form “Indian Cyber Army”. The kids’ battle was going on between Fake PCA & ICA for almost a year.

What and Why We hacked CBI

When ICA defaced our 36 important Government websites we were unable to stop ourselves to retaliate again. CBI website was hacked and defaced in response and later the server was rooted. “It is to be noted that not a single file from the CBI server or a single record database has been deleted.”

Plan of Mass Defacement Canceled

We had the plans to mass deface the Indian important Indian GOV sites but we canceled the plan. We never hack sites for the fame but in retaliation and we at PCA think that it’s enough to show our capability by hacking one of many important websites.

One Sided Cease Fire

We Pakistan Cyber Army are doing one sided cease fire from our side. We hope that the common sense prevail on the other side of the border as well.

Website defacement won’t take us anywhere. Website defacement is just like
kids playing with color guns 🙂 and we are no more kids.

What Authorities should Do

We at PCA really appreciate the efforts of Pakistani authorities that recently they successfully arrest hackers who hacked into Pakistani Supreme Court and president of Pakistan’s websites.

CBI should arrest guys on their side of border as well to stop these kiddies from playing around and hacking for fun.

What Young Guns Should Do

As always we would like to advise the young guns on both sides of the border to concentrate on their studies. Try to test out their hacking skills on Virtual machines (Lab environment) and be a part of your countries security administration.

Last Words

We would like to thank all of the people across the globe and specially Pakistanis who follow and appreciate us but sorry we have no email address, website or forum to respond to your wishes.

Pakistan Cyber Army is awakening as always. We are going to be sleeping once again but nobody should ever consider us dead. We are for Pakistan & Pakistan is for us.

Always consider us in your prayers.

Pakistan Cyber Army,

Pakistan Zindabad

A job interview isn’t a one-way street. The most successful interviewees realize it is an intelligent conversation, a mutual give-and-take that should result n both parties communicationg their relevant agenda and understanding the other better.

Asking questions of the interviewer is not only expected but makes you look more interested (and interesting) to the interviewer, providing of course the questions are intelligent and show you in a positive light. Moreover, beyond asking questions to demonstrate your proactivity and intellect, this is the time to ascertain whether the job really is suitable for you and to determine the actual nature of the role on offer. The following are just a few questions that can be asked to know what you’re getting into.

  • Why is this position open?
  • What level of experience/ skill are you looking for in the person who fills this role?
  • What kind of training would be available?
  • What would my initial responsibilities on the job be?
  • What would a typical day look like in terms of projects, responsibilities, deadlines etc?
  • Can you tell me something about the team I would be working with?
  • What objectives would you like the person in this role to accomplish?
  • Is there a specific career progression path that I would have with your company?
  • What are some of the more difficult problems I might face in this role?
  • What resources would the person in this role have – in terms of support, budget etc.
  • What significant changes do you foresee in the company in the near future?
  • In what areas do you consider your company to have the greatest strength?
  • How would my performance be evaluated in this position?

When we passed 8th class and promoted to 9th, most of us used to listen from their father, mother, brothers and sisters that

” Beta Matric kar lo, Phir Parhai Mushkil Nahi Hai, Phir Sakoon aa Jaye ga” OR “Bas Matrick Mushkil hai Agay Parhai Itni Mushkil Nahi hai”

or other statements like this. And these type of statements encourage us to study.

When we pass Matric/O Level and after a tough and confused time we decide whether to join Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering or Computer Sciences in Intermediate. After deciding and getting admissions we start studying keeping in mind that Now the life will be easy, as we taught. But then we disheartened when we start facing troubles and again we found studying is a difficult thing. Then Again our families/other relations said the same thing

“Beta Matric Kar Lia, Ab Ye FSC Kar Lo, Phr University Mai Admission Mil Jaye Ga, Usky Baad University Mai Enjoy Bhe Karna Aur Parhai b Mushkil Nahi Ho Ge”.

And again we started to work hard and some of us finally succeeded.

Then again after a hard time and going through number of entry tests and merit lists we got admissions in universities and started university life with mindset that “Now Life Will be Easy and So Much Fun”. But, History repeats itself and again we started to feel difficulty in studying and quizzes, assignments, presentations and tension to maintain CGPA and a lot of others problems. But what happen at this stage we again listen the same statement from our families, friends and other relations

“Ab to Bus University kay 4 Years Parh lo, Phir Life Ban Jaye ge. Phir jo Marzi Karna”.

And again we started to study and dreaming the day when we will enjoy our income and Life.

After 4 Years:  Now our graduation is complete and we are waiting for the days we dreamed. But what happened this time, No Job, No Vacancy, No Enjoyment just disappointments from employers but we kept our spirits high and again starting putting CVs, giving interviews, tests and trying hard to find out references and lot more efforts to get AT LEAST A JOB.

Some of us got Jobs and working hard with enthusiasm to enjoy life. But what is this!!! Less income and more expenses, no increments, no promotions, shouts of boss and again we feel like falling on earth. And at this time some of us got disappointed from all this and even some of us start to use drugs to get peace in life.

But reality is “Zindagi Mai Sakoon Nahi hai” (Life is Never Easy). We are not in this world to spend life easily. What a beautiful quotation is this

That Who Thinks Life is A Bed Of Roses is living in A Fool’s Paradise

We have to work hard from the beginning and should have aims in life. Aims can be short term and long term and then start working hard to achieve those aims.

My request to parents kindly NOT To TEACH your children that life is easy. Teach your children to work hard, broaden their vision and keep working hard to achieve better and better.

Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah said to student

You must devote yourself whole heartedly to your studies because this is your first obligation towards your state, your parents and yourself.

My dear friends kindly keep working hard in life with a path your choice. Look at this Giraffe. How hard is for him to drink water but he is USED TO WORK HARD.

Best of Luck and Stay Blessed 🙂

People in India and in allover the world used to blame Dr. Zakir Naik for promoting terrorism, for supporting Usama Bin Ladin and much more.

Some people said that we should demand our needs from saints (Naozobillah, ALLAH Forgive me). One thing my brothers and sisters we can only demand from ALLAH. ALLAH is the only ONE who can full fill our needs. Not anyone from the earth. Yes it is true that ALLAH helps us via living people but without will of ALLAH Almighty they are not able to support us. ALLAH gave them the power and put this in their minds to help you.

What we can conclude is to DEMAND our NEEDS only from ALLAH. He is the one WHO has the POWER, HE is the one who has the unlimited resources, HE is the one who have control on all living and non living objects on this earth and outside this earth.

What Dr. Zakir is saying that DO NOT DEMAND from anyone BUT ALLAH. For GOD sake just listen to his complete lectures NOT SHORT or EDITED videos that are available on YouTUbe and then comment about him. I am not supporting Him or a GREAT fan of him. What i am saying is just analyze neutrally before saying anything about anyone.

Read carefully what is he saying about Usama Bin Ladin is “I did not researched about Usama Bin Ladin and without research i can’t say that whether he is a terrorist or not.” Look what did he is saying that without research i can’t say anything and as a good Muslim and as well as a good human this is a good thing to NOT to say anything without proper research. In second part (what media is only showing) he is saying “being a muslim, if he is fighting against anti-ISLAMIC factors then he is right and if these anti-islamic factors are saying him terrorist for fighting against them then according to this context every Muslim should be a terrorist. Every Muslim SHOULD protect his/her religion against anti-Islamic factors.”

Look what he is saying that each Muslim/Human have the right to protect his/her religion against his/her religious enemies. And i think this is the basic right of every human. And the same thing Dr. Zakir Naik is saying.

For example if a christian fights to protects his religion and Anti-Christian people and you call them a terrorist. Then don’t you think every christian will love to call himself a terrorist.

The same thing is Dr. Zakir Naik is saying. 🙂

Please listen to Dr. Zakir Naik lectures before saying anything against him. You never know what your words can impact. Don’t be biased, Analyze ONCE.

    Blames on Dr. Zakir Naik

    Very nice Idea… 🙂

One Roof, Two Roofs, Green Roofs, Blue Roofs Contemporary designers continue to explore new ways that the forgotten wilderness of the roofscape can be utilized as usable space with a greater purpose. Roof designs can become an integral part of a network of sustainable systems for a green building to purify its connection with its surrounding environs (be them urban or rural.) New York City has recently pushed past its green roof initiative to include “Blue … Read More
